Fees below are effective January 1, 2014.

BOOKKEEPING

MONTHLY OR QUARTERLY BOOKKEEPING SERVICE fees are prepaid monthly or quarterly (at the start of each month's or quarter’s service), are based on the time and expertise required, completeness of your data, and timeliness in receipt of your data. Our pricing for bookkeeping services is based on amount of transactions for estimate of work, with a minimum price of $75 per month or quarter for companies that have no more than 60 transaction for Financial Statements issued.

"YEAR-END" BOOKKEEPING fees are billed at the same rates above but subject to a 50% advance payment of the monthly quote based on monthly transactions. Based on Minimum Fee Quote the 50% will be $450 ($75 x 6 months).  Work will begin on your "Year-End" Bookkeeping after we receive your advance payment.

TAX PREPARATION  

TAX RETURN PREPARATION fees are based on forms used in the return AND THE TIME AND EXPERTISE REQUIRED, include Electronic filing and any one State filing.  Tax Returns will not be released to client for removal from our office (even in "draft" printed or PDF format), or e-filed until our fees are paid in full.

1.  INDIVIDUAL RETURNS

  • $ 100 Form 1040 with or without Schedule A.
  • $ 150 Form 1040 with Business Schedule-C (IF YOU DATA IS NOT ORGANIZE, PLEASE CONCTAC US TO ESTIMATE A FEE) 
  • $ 150 Form 1040 plus Rental Income Schedule-E (Residential and Commercial Rentals)  
  • $ 150 Amendments and prior year returns.
  • $ 50 Extensions 

2. CORPORATION ("C" or "S"), PARTNERSHIP, LLC RETURNS preparation fees are based on the time and expertise required, and the complexity and degree of organization of your data.

Fee is $ 350 for a Services only entity that does not require a Balance Sheet (i.e., Gross Receipts are under $250,000 and Total Corporate Assets are under $250,000, or $600,000 in Assets for Partnership/LLC). Fee charged includes electronic filing (if available) and one State Return if required.

For entities that sell products, carries inventory, or exceeds the above amounts, the return will be required to file a Balance Sheet -- that will add $100 to the Minimum Fee will be $ 450. 

NOTE:  This fee structure applies to our bookkeeping clients only; FOR ALL OTHERS (i.e., those not using our bookkeeping services) THE MINIMUM FEE STARTS AT $ 500  (instead of $350).
